This form is required for all loads of asbestos that is brought out to the landfill. The driver must have it in his/her possession when transporting the material per MDEQ regulations. Please see asbestos page for asbestos policy
It is free of charge to bring in confidential documents to be destroyed but if you require documentation of destruction, you must bring in this form with a $25 check made out to Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority. For more information see our confidential document destruction page.

Businesses who want to haul more than 10 tires at a time can contact the Marquette DEQ at (906) 228-4853 to obtain a Scrap Tire Hauler Registration at no charge. The scrap tire manifest form must be filled out for all businesses that are hauling more than 10 scrap tires at a time. Please see the scrap tire page for more information.
