Find out how you can haul your waste to the Marquette County Landfill! A landfill permit from your city or township is required, but below are some of our free services that don’t require a permit.
The Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority was founded to meet the waste disposal needs and protect the interests of Marquette County residents. Marquette County is indebted to the men and women who brought together the entire County in a strong agreement that will do what is best for Marquette County residents.
Hours of Operation
The landfill is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm. (See our holiday schedule.)
The Marquette County Landfill will be CLOSED on
Monday, November 11, 2019
in observance of Veteran’s Day.
